PBCA Fall Yard Sale (25 Sep 2026)

The Pine Brook Fall Neighborhood Yard Sale will take place on Friday and Saturday, September 25 & 26.

You can sell on one or both days and you do not need a permit to participate. While most people begin selling around 7 a.m., you can start and stop when you like.

All residents are encouraged to promote the sale on any online venue you use.

PBCA Annual Meeting will be at Pavilion Park. At this important meeting we will vote for the next Board, including Secretary, Treasurer, and Board Directors (up to 8).

All dues paying members of PBCA will be eligible to participate in and vote at our annual meeting.
***Emails have been sent to all members who met their 2025 dues obligation with instructions to complete a proxy. The six neighbors without emails on file have received paper notifications. Please make sure you check your email for your official notification.***

2) Announcement of the 2027 dues amount
3) Presentation of the 2027 budget
4) Election of the Secretary, Treasurer, and Board Directors

Bring your own pumpkin and join us at Pavilion Park! We will have carving tools plastic to cover the tables.

Also this year, we will be using a google form to highlight our neighbors who go extra on Halloween decoration to make sure you don't miss any of them!

***Pending Santa’s schedule**" This date is announced in November or December on the Hampden Twp website.

The Hampden Township Volunteer Fire Company will bring Santa around to visit local neighborhoods. They will make a stop at Pavilion Park. Santa's arrival time from the Hampden Township Fire Department is expected at xxxx but he could be earlier.

Join us at the Pavilion for Hot Chocolate and Cookies.
